Prices:
All prices on our homepage are in Danish Kroners (DKK) and include 25% VAT and other taxes. Invoices send to countries within the EU include Danish taxes. Invoices send to countries outside the EU do not include Danish taxes.

Payment:
There are different ways of paying:
1) Paying in advance by transferring money into our bankaccount. When your order has been placed we will as soon as possible confirm if the ordered items are in stock and provide you with an order number and the total amount to be paid including postage.

If using this payment method from outside of Denmark we deduct 2% of the total amount to be paid and you save a total of 5% compared to paying by credit card.

Usually a bank transfer takes 2- 4 days. 

Your order will be send off as soon as your payment has been registered.

2) Paying by credit card.
We accept VISA and MasterCard/EuroCard.
When your order has been placed we will as soon as possible confirm if the ordered items are in stock and provide you with an order number and the total amount to be paid including postage and card fee. When using any of the above credit cards the card fee is 3% of the total amount to be paid. The fee will appear separately on the invoice. 

We receive your information on-line as soon as you have made your payment and your order will be send off within 24 hours.

Safety:
There is no risk involved when shopping in Electric Flight Equipment's Internet shop. All information is held confidential and is not passed on to others. The payment form is protected with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software. All information send to the server is secured and can not be read as the information travels over the Internet - this protects you from misuse of your personal information, including credit card number.

Time of delivery:
If the items ordered are in stock they will be send off within 48 hours Monday to Friday. If the entire order or parts of it are not in stock you will receive information about it as well as expected time of delivery together with your order confirmation. 

Way of delivery:
Your items will arrive by mail or by DHL - the way of delivery will appear on your order confirmation.

Cooling-off-period:
Buyer has a 14 days cooling off period from the day of receiving the goods. This however does not apply to goods specially made for buyer or to goods specifically ordered for buyer. The goods must be send to us (postage paid by buyer) or delivered on our address. The goods must be returned unused and in the original packing. 

Complaints:
If the delivered goods do not match the enclosed invoice the complaint must be placed within 5 days of the date on the invoice otherwise the right to complain is lost.

Guarantee:
There is a 2 years guarantee against faults and defects. If you think there are faults or defects on the delivered item, this must be reported to Electric Flight Equipment immediately after discovery. Buyer must state the fault or defect in writing when returning the item to Electric Flight Equipment (postage paid by buyer)
